Business Leaders Respond to Election Result

Business Live asks Good Things founder Lucy Willoughby for her response to the 2019 election

We were asked by Business Live to respond to the result of the 2019 election, alongside other business leaders in the South West.

Lucy from Good Things

Lucy Willougby, owner of Devon-based ethical gift shop Good Things, wants to see the new government respond to the climate crisis.

She said: “As an organisation championing and selling ethically and sustainably sourced products, we are very concerned."

“We focus on products for children and are very aware that our inaction and the escalating climate emergency will hit them hardest. We hope local MPs and our new Conservative government respond with the urgency required.”
