This das.Brett bouncy wooden balance board is loved by adults and kids. Great for core exercise and yoga at a range of levels, plus fun and imaginative play!
Adults and children love this bouncy wooden balance board. For children it's an opportunity to balance, kneel, lie and slide and a great introduction to fun yoga and core exercise.
For teenagers and adults it's perfect for high- and low-intensity exercise, allowing you to improve agility, endurance, strength, balance and coordination. The light spring movements strengthen muscles and protect joints, which means it can be used for physical rehabilitation or to increase mobility - or as an indoor surfboard!
Each das.Brett board comes with a booklet of cardio-vascular, strength, and yoga exercises to give you plenty of ideas.
das.Brett translates as "the board", just in case you were wondering.

- Decide whether you'd like an oiled or lacquered board. Lacquered is a good option if you'll need to wash it frequently, for example if it will be used in a childcare facility or outdoors
- If you've chosen an oiled board, choose a colour: natural wood, red or mint. Lacquered boards are only available in natural
- Choose whether you'd like cladding on the underside. Cork cladding is a good option if you'll be using your board on stone / tile/ wooden floors or if the person using it is frail so wouldn't want it to slide. If you'll be using your board on carpet and are in good health then being able to make it slide on the carpet is fun!
