Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you're not happy we offer free returns for up to 30 days after you've received your products.

Please contact us to organise your return. We'll then send you a printable label in order to send your parcel back to us. If you send the package yourself unfortunately we won't be able to reimburse you for the delivery fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 
Once you've sent your return back, using the label we've sent you, your return will be received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We can only refund items that are unused and in their original packaging.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event an item is defective or damaged we're very sorry! Contact us right away and we'll sort out a speedy exchange for you.
