UK delivery

Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail Monday - Friday only (not at weekends).

Delivery tracking

We send our parcels using Royal Mail’s tracked 48-hour service as standard and the majority of parcels arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. 

Check your shipping email to track the progress of your parcel. If you've not received your shipping confirmation first check your junk email folder, and then get in touch if you can't find it.

Delivery notes

If you need to provide specific delivery information please include this in the notes section of the checkout process and we'll pass this on. This is when you see the summary of what's in your basket and you see a section called: delivery notes.

All our products are sent to you in recyclable, reusable packaging. This means our parcels don't like getting wet! If you might not be there, we advise that you provide a waterproof place to leave your parcel in the delivery notes. Find out more about our eco-friendly packaging.

Gift card orders

Please note, orders eligible for free delivery need to be made up of physical products totalling £35 or more. Digital gift cards do not need to be shipped (they are delivered digitally), and won't count towards your shipped order value. Gift cards can be used to pay for delivery when they are redeemed. 

International delivery

We know people around the world love ethical and sustainable gifts! Simply let us know what you'd like to send where and we'd be happy to help. We'll look into delivery options to your chosen destination and provide a quote (or sometimes a couple of options) for delivery. If you confirm we’ll quickly process your order and send it on its way. Bon voyage!

UK delivery for international customers

Many of our customers live around the world and send good things to loved ones in the UK. Our online shop is able to accept a wide range of international payment cards and we can deliver to addresses across the UK.

Where's my order?

Oh no! Thousands of our customers have received their orders speedily and safely but very occasionally things go wrong. If you've not received your parcel after 7 working days please let us know by using our contact form including your order number and the name of the person who placed the order. Please rest assured that we'll get on the case and sort it out for you ASAP!
