This bee nester is a wonderful gift for gardeners and nature-lovers! You'll help provide a home for solitary bees who will use the tubes to lay their eggs each spring and summer, closing up the tubes with either mud or leaves.
The eco bee nester has a robust hanging string which allows you to hang it from a tree, or on a fence or hedge.
Position the bee nester in sheltered spot anywhere between ground level and two metres in height. Leave access to the tubes for bees and try to position it in a spot where it will receive morning sun so it can warm up during the day. The bee nester comes with a front guard to protect eggs from predators like woodpeckers.
